Can I choose a Midway or Grand listing if my house has a smaller square footage?

Yes, if you want the additional features of each level, you may upgrade. Book a consultation call for more information.

Will flat fee mean the listing will not be as quality as a traditional 6%?

In the past, we too have sold hundreds of homes at 6% commission. And we have added systems and products to make the flat fee better than ever before! Not only will you get a great quality listing, you will get more than the traditional agent.

Why are you reducing your commission from a percentage to a flat fee? What's the catch?

If you have been hearing about the NAR settlement, you know there's going to be some big changes in the real estate market. We see the writing on the wall and are on the cutting edge of trends, both in business and in marketing. This will also ensure you will always get cutting edge marketing for selling your property.

What's the difference of a traditional agent and your team?

A traditional agent is typically slow to change and slow on keeping up with the newest marketing trends. Their business is built on relationships, which is good... unless it's at the expense of getting the highest price for your home because they only rely on the MLS or a some social media posts and video. If an agent is not using the latest software, trends, websites, social media and marketing, the seller will suffer without even knowing they could have gotten possibly $10's of thousands more for their home. Traditional agents are well versed in scripts, trained to overcome your objections, and make old school phone calls to their database with the intent in getting more listings (while telling you they are actively looking for buyers).
